Returns

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging. You may initiate a return under the following circumstances:

• Your order was delivered later than the promised timeframe.
• Your package was lost during transit.

Refunds

Once your return or refund request is approved, refunds will be processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. All refunds are issued using the original payment method used at checkout within 10 business days.

Exclusions

• Customized or personalized items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
• Items purchased during sale or clearance events may not qualify for returns or refunds.
• Orders cannot be returned or refunded if you change your mind after the order has been dispatched.
