Return Eligibility & Timeframe
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
- Requests submitted after 30 days are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Item Condition Requirements
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition with all tags attached
- Should be in original packaging
Items that do not meet these requirements may be declined or sent back to the customer.
Custom-Made Items
All custom-made jackets are crafted to your specifications and are considered final sale.
However, exceptions apply if the item:
- Arrives defective
- Is incorrect (different from what was ordered)
- Is damaged during transit
In such cases, The Jacket Merchant will cover all related costs and offer a replacement or full refund.
Proof of Purchase
To initiate a return or exchange, please provide:

- The email address used at checkout

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refund Processing

Return Shipping Costs
We cover return shipping costs if:
- You received the wrong item
- The item arrived damaged
- The size sent differs from your order
Change-of-Mind Returns
If you wish to return an item due to personal preference (e.g., style or change of mind):
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Size Exchanges
If your jacket doesn’t fit as expected:
- We’re happy to offer a size exchange
- Return shipping is paid by the customer
- Replacement shipping is covered by The Jacket Merchant
